Point of Sale Components Store Policy

All Orders are processed in the order they are received. In-stock items are shipped daily on orders placed before 3:00 p.m. EST. Back-ordered items are shipped immediately upon availability
Point of Sale Components shipping rates are to the Continental United States Only. Other U.S. and International rates will vary
All Orders are shipped via FedEx/UPS Ground Service unless requested otherwise (Please note services other than Ground will incur additional charges)
Insurance is included on all FedEx/UPS shipments
Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped simultaneously
Final Price is determined with shipping charges and tax (Sales Tax applicable only in the State of Florida)

Point of Sale Components Return Policy:

To avoid a return, please be sure you have ordered an item that is compatible. If you are not completely satisfied with a product, Point of Sale Components will gladly refund the purchase within 7 days of the sale date under the following conditions:

Merchandise purchased online through Point of Sale Components may be returned to our authorized return center by obtaining a Return Authorization Number (RMA#). Call 800-983-4767 to obtain an RMA#. Any returns shipped to us without a pre-approved RMA# may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. An RMA# is valid for 7 days
All returns must have copy of receipt, be complete with instructions, and in original package condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories
Software, media, labels and ribbons are non-returnable
A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for items ordered incorrectly, non-compatible, or non-defective
Allow 14 days for credit to be issued once returns have been received by Point of Sale Components. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in conformity with this policy, the refund will be applied to your credit card/account
Shipping cost is non-refundable
