PosComponents.com Shipping Policy:

All Orders are processed in the order they are received. In-stock items are shipped same day on orders placed before 11:00 a.m. EST. Items not-in-stock, are shipped immediately upon receipt.

• poscomponents.com will only ship to the United States.

• All Orders are shipped via UPS Ground Service unless requested otherwise (Please note services other than Ground will incur additional charges).

• Insurance is included on all UPS shipments.

• Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped simultaneously.

• Final Price is determined with shipping charges and tax (if applicable).

PosComponents.com Return Policy:

To avoid a return, please be sure you have ordered an item that is compatible.

•If you are not completely satisfied with a product, poscomponents.com will gladly refund the purchase within 7 days of the sale date under the following conditions:

• Merchandise purchased online through poscomponents.com, may be returned to our authorized return center by obtaining a Return Authorization ("RA"). Call 800-983-4767 to obtain a RA. Any returns shipped to us without a pre-approved RA may be refused without notice, automatically returned and a handling fee assessed. An RA is valid for 7 days.

• All returns must have copy of receipt, be complete with instructions, and in original package condition, including the box, UPC bar code, packaging, and all accessories.
Software, media, labels and ribbons are non-returnable.

• A 25% re-stocking fee will be charged for items returned non-defective.

• Allow 14 days for credit to be issued once returns have been received by poscomponents.com. Upon our acceptance of the merchandise in conformity with this policy, the purchase price will be credited to your credit card.

• Shipping cost is non-refundable.

• Please include reason for return.
